Comfort Inn & Suites Surprise Near Sun City West

Stayed here 2 nights and both days were amazing! Indoor pool was perfect to take the kids since its winter time. Free breakfast in the morning was yummy. All front desk people were so nice especially Kevin!!!

The pieces of the metal bed frame (holding the box spring in place so it doesn't move) stuck out and would scrape your leg if you hit it while getting in/out of bed. I wish there was some sort of security that would stop people from being loud (in their rooms, in the halls, outside in the parking lot). Even in the lobby, every night, there was a man watching videos on his phone and it echoed. I think he was an overnight worker but I can't be sure. So overall consideration for other people is something you have to deal with everywhere, I get that. There was a little bit of hair in the shower. Other than that the room was very nice, and the hotel as a whole was nice.

Everything was great during our stay at the comfort Inn. It was right down the street from my uncle’s house and Sun City West. So it was very easy to get there. The only issue that I would have was when they were making breakfast since the door was not sealed, you could see the light, and then the smell would almost be overwhelming where we were at on a second floor. The AC unit would also not just turn off when it’s done cooling and the fan would stay on and so it’s really hard to sleep. They had smart TVs and they had UniFi networking set up so that was pretty amazing so of course there was really no issues with the Internet access when she got it going. If you logged into your YouTube account or anything like that on the TV, it would reset which is fine because you don’t want it to be saved in that random hotel room. If we head out that way again, we will definitely stay again at the same hotel. Thank you so much.

Krystina was super professional and beyond helpful. She was very polite and made sure I was satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come back in the future to stay thanks to my experience I had with Krystina’s professionalism and the service of the hotel as well.

This hotel is fine. Pool is ok but it doesn't have a hot tub. Small patio area should be made larger. Breakfast is average but breakfast area is small and fills up quickly. Rooms are fine but some of the furniture in the suites,namely the couches and and easy chairs,are worn and stained. But the wood furniture seems new. Bed cover was strangely stained as well. Bathroom was fine but high bowl toilets would be nice. Kind of a mixed bag,not sure I would recommend, but you can do a lot worse...

Clean rooms, odorless hallways but by far the best part was the staff from Kevin who was the over night attendant to the breakfast staff. When you’re driving in at 2am tired the last thing you want to deal with is an attitude and I’ve had plenty of those with late check ins and night staf. This staff was not that amazing customer service can’t say enough will definitely be staying here again!!

I stayed here for 4 nights while I was taking a Master Class at a nearby office building. The room was nicer than I had expected. I appreciated the variety of pillows on the bed; this hotel provides multiple options for firmness. The bed was comfortable, there was a microwave and a good-sized fridge (slightly larger than your average mini-fridge) in addition to the standard kettle with teabags and instant coffee. Housekeeping came daily, in spite of the sign on the mirror that said they would only come every 3rd day, so the room was always clean. The fitness center hardly existed; it was a small room with a single treadmill, one exercise bike, and a weight rack. But the pool was nice. The included breakfast was consistently good, with several options including eggs & sausage, waffles, pastries, and cereal. If I’m ever back in Surprise, I’ll definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Krystina was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. It truly made a big difference and left a lasting impression. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
